What if the battery is completely dead?
We can usually still start it. If the battery won't hold a charge we'll tell you straight and talk through replacement or a tow.
Can you jump a car in a parking garage?
Yes. Our units are portable, so low-clearance garages and tight stalls are no problem.
Do you need my keys?
You stay with the vehicle and start it yourself once we're hooked up.
